I don't see any hard signs of vascular injury, but we should run labs to check her INR and do a cervical CT angio.

Buckle fracture: a common, stable break in a child's bone, usually the wrist's radius, where the bone bulges or crushes slightly without breaking all the way through, occurring from falls on the outstretched arm.

 

"with all due respect" (used before polite disagreement) translates to phrases like "외람된 말씀이지만" (oeramdoen malsseumijiman) or "정중히 말씀드리자면, 송구스럽지만" (jeongjunghii malsseumdeurijamyeon, songguseureopjiman), signaling you're about to voice a potentially contrary or critical opinion while showing deference to the listener's status.
